Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on November 29, 2021 found that Houck Care and Cleaning had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed on September 27, 2021.
